Our company has the potential for growth in having our cultural differences come together to instal a bankrupt awareness of the strengths that all cultivations rear end view as to one another. I am writing to your paper in hopes that you will assist in making the community more than aware of the unspoken separation of the dissimilar cultural backgrounds of our residents. I am a community health nurse and afterward using a survey where the nurse goes out into the community and visually examines the incompatible neighborhoods and their appearance. I noted that the neighborhoods are coloured by financial substance, and the lower income areas are grouped by different racial backgrounds. I propose that the local ar rangement be more involved and aware of these separations and seek different avenues to join our community together. When we utilize the substantiate governing bodys in the community, we rat build a common vision, create tolerance and respect, and mesh on economic prospects in rapidly changing underserved neighborhoods.
